Jedi Mind, Inc. (Pink Sheets: JEDM) announced that the company is now debt free and has an excellent cash position to expand both the gaming and medical divisions through the rest of 2009 and into 2010. Jedi Mind has in excess of $500,000 of working capital which is being used to hire additional top quality programmers, expand their facility and upgrade computer hardware and software applications to the latest standards.
Jedi Mind also expects sales of their first game to provide additional working capital toward the end of 2009 and into 2010. Additional items the company is working on include: Expanding the board of directors by mid 2010. The board will consist primarily of individuals outside of the company with experience in the gaming industry, medical industry as well as professionals with strong marketing and business experience. Jedi Mind also expects a significant expansion of the medical division through next year as well. A number of additional demonstrations and trade shows to demonstrate the company’s software applications with the wireless headset are expected to take place as well.
“We feel that we have started this business correctly; it’s a process that has a number of steps and there are no short cuts if you want to be successful. We cleaned up all of the debt in our company and currently operate with over a half of a million dollars in capital,” stated Brent Fouch, CEO of Jedi Mind, Inc. “We have seen significant interest in our software applications on both the gaming and medical side; we are in discussions with programmers, doctors and a number of other individuals to facilitate our expansion,” concluded Fouch.

Jedi Mind, Inc. (Pink Sheets: JEDM) is pleased to announce the Company’s first thought controlled game to be released prior to the Christmas season. Jedi Mind’s software programmers have been finalizing the development of the first game to be sold, which will launch in the next few weeks in time for the retail Christmas season. The game is geared towards people of all ages, from children to adults and utilizes the power of your mind to operate the game.
The game was designed to provide cognitive exercise for anyone playing, but is especially beneficial to children with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and the elderly who need to continually use and build their focus and concentration skills. The Company plans to sell the game online at a price of $49 and will release details regarding where to purchase the game as soon as it is released.

UPDATE ON POST TIMELINE (EDITING & AIRING) FOR ‘INSIDE BUSINESS’ TO BE AIRED ON CNBC AND CNN
This information below was provided to our Company by the producers of ‘Inside Business’, hosted by Fred Thompson, to provide our shareholders an update regarding the timing of the show to be aired. The Company has completed filming and is looking forward to the segment being aired to over 90 million viewers, which should provide enormous exposure for Jedi Mind, Inc. We will provide a formal schedule of air dates and times as soon as they are provided.
After the shoot day has occurred, the DP will return the footage back to the studio for review. After the Production Coordinator has ensured that all guest provided elements are in-house and that all B Roll shots and interviews have been captured, the segment will then transition into Post Production for edit which is approximately a four (4) week process. After completion of the edited segment, you will be sent a link to view the segment for approval. Once final segment approval is received, you can anticipate the segment to air 6-8 week thereafter. Your point of contact during this time will be the Post Production Coordinator. Airing notifications will be sent to you directly via email from the Traffic Coordinator as they occur in the markets previously selected on the Distribution Checklist.
